Since forming in 2008 Olly has been working almost exclusively in the hospitality / F&B sector designing and delivering a variety of restaurants and bars of all sizes and budgets.

From high street chains to independent owners he has been a lead designer for various studio's and also with his own direct clients with great success leading to repeat business and long term relationships.

In recent years he has been working in-house with a large restaurant group helping to overhaul older brands as well as developing new concepts ready for roll out on a global scale.
